		<description><![CDATA[In a not-so-ironic twist, the best shot I got from an assignment to illustrate 19,000 layoffs at Rio Tinto, the parent company of Kennecott Utah Copper, was as the sun set on the graveyard leaving the throw-back town of Copperton, which sits at the base of the largest open-pit mine in the world.
